The role
A new build or refit runs for years across a yard, designers, suppliers and Class, and each party manages its own interests. An independent representative gives the Owner one line of sight on cost exposure, programme and quality, and brings each decision to the Owner with the evidence behind it, before it becomes expensive to reverse.

The Owner’s priorities and decision options, with one point of coordination for the yard, designers and suppliers.
Specifications, drawings and inspections under the agreed plan, with design conformity followed from workshop to on board.
Baseline and forecast exposure, variations, credits and Owner supply, reviewed on evidence before any authorised decision.
A readiness plan and evidence dossier, manuals, spares and training, and a handover package that tracks remaining issues.
