ASYA is led by Luigi Adamo as Owner’s Representative and Chief of Staff. We provide continuity of Owner-side representation and coordinate independent specialists for defined work packages. Their scope, timing and fees are agreed in advance, according to the project programme and approved budget.

His career in yachting spans around 35 years — at sea as crew and captain, then in shipyard leadership in sales, product and project development.

Sanlorenzo: Executive sales and product leadership, yacht & superyacht. Around ten years.
Azimut|Benetti Group: General Manager. Sales, project and product developer.
On board: Earlier crew and captain experience.
Construction: Nearly two years on the 73m.
At ASYA: Leads Owner representation, and project coordination until a Project Manager is appointed.
