01 About

An independent structure on the Owner’s side.

ASYA is an independent Owner-side advisory and project governance structure for superyacht new build and refit. It represents the Owner — and the family office — across yard, designers, suppliers and advisers.

The ASYA symbol and name mounted on a stone wall, olive leaves in the foreground.

Who we work for

Owners, their family offices and their advisers.

  • Owners

Owners and prospective Owners of yachts above 50 metres, in new build or refit.

  • Family offices

Principals, executives and Chiefs of Staff who oversee the yacht as part of the family’s assets.

  • Advisers

Lawyers, wealth advisers and captains acting on the Owner’s behalf.

Independence

Independence, held to three working rules.

Responsible.

Decision authority follows the agreed mandate. Recommendations rest on evidence reviewed by people before release.

Mandate · Evidence review

Independent.

ASYA works exclusively in the Owner’s interests. Yard, Class and Flag retain their own responsibilities.

Owner side

Discreet.

Original documents remain in their source systems. Project information sits inside a shared security perimeter; tools, integrations and access are agreed for each mandate.
